The Founder

I am a Survivor just like you. It has been a huge struggle to get myself in a good place again after years of abuse.
When I finally felt safe enough to get back on social media, I realized something very disturbing.
We don’t talk about it.
We don’t talk about sexual assault, domestic violence, gender based violence, emotional and mental abuse, and many other topics that make people “uncomfortable”. To that, I say, TOO BAD. Imagine how uncomfortable it was to BE in that situation.
I wanted to create a safe space for survivors to tell their story, anonymously or not, and not censor themselves or be worried about what anyone else might say or think. I know that the shame we feel is so strong that it keeps us quiet sometimes.

Our top priority is to create a safe, judgment- free space that is COMPLETELY ANONYMOUS for ALL to confess.
We know that some of us are still working on getting out of a dangerous situation and some of us are still not ready to share our truth in the light.
Which is why we have the form below, so that EVERY VOICE can be heard, no matter the circumstances.

This is an advocacy project intended for the support of survivors and reporting on issues currently effecting women and is not a legal, professional,
or therapeutic service. Your survivor story may be read aloud anonymously during a livestream or digital program by Savage Sirens.
